Real estate still photos
The photo package includes ~20 interior and exterior photos and up to 5 drone photos (when FAA regulations and weather permitted). Also included freebies (see below)
$200: Homes up to 2500 sq ft
$250: Homes up to 3000 sq ft
$300: Homes up to 4000 sq ft
$350: Homes up to 5000 sq ft
*Additional photos may be provided for homes bigger than 2500 sq ft.

Real estate video
We produce a professional walkthrough video of the property, including drone footage (when FAA regulations and weather permitted). The video is up to 3.5 minutes depends on the size and features of the property.
When booked with still photo service:
$200: Homes up to 3000 sq ft
$300: Homes up to 4000 sq ft
$400: Homes up to 5000 sq ft
*Additional $50 will be charged for booking without still photo shoot.
Travel surcharge
A $50 travel charge will apply to locations that are 35+ miles single way from zip code 98501 area. A $100 charge will apply for locations that are 60+ miles away.
